Payment Security
At Highly Favored Digital, we take the security of your payment information seriously. We are committed to protecting every transaction with industry-standard safeguards so you can do business with confidence.
SECTION 1 — HOW WE PROCESS PAYMENTS
All payments are processed through NMI (Network Merchants Inc.), a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway — the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. We also offer Text-to-Pay and in-person tap-to-pay options, all processed through the same secure NMI infrastructure.
SECTION 2 — WE DO NOT STORE YOUR CARD DATA
Highly Favored Digital does not store, log, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or banking credentials. All sensitive payment data is tokenized and stored exclusively within NMI's secure, encrypted vault.
SECTION 3 — PCI COMPLIANCE
Our payment processes are designed to comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Cardholder data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not operate systems that touch raw card data.
SECTION 4 — RECURRING BILLING
For clients on monthly subscription plans, payment information is stored securely via NMI's Customer Vault using tokenization. Your card number is never stored on HFD systems. You may update your payment method at any time by contacting us directly.
SECTION 5 — SETUP FEE COLLECTION
Setup fees are collected at the time of signing via secure payment link. Once payment is confirmed, work begins and setup fees are non-refundable per our Terms & Conditions.

Here's exactly how payments work at Highly Favored Digital.
Credit Card Processing Fee
A 2.9% credit card processing fee applies to all payments made by credit card. This fee is collected by our payment processor and is not retained as profit by Highly Favored Digital. This disclosure is provided in compliance with applicable state law.
To avoid this fee entirely, clients may pay by ACH bank transfer at no additional cost. Contact us to set up ACH payment.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon receipt unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
- All setup fees are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
- Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable after the 5th of the active billing period.
- Accounts with balances outstanding beyond 10 days may have active services paused until the balance is resolved.
- Highly Favored Digital reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days written notice to active clients.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfer, and invoice-based billing for qualifying accounts.
