How much does HFD cost?
Our Foundation tier starts at $[TBD]/month, Growth at $[TBD]/month, and Authority at $[TBD]/month. Church packages start at $97/month. Every package includes the complete software platform — no separate GHL subscription required. We also offer a free processing rate audit that often saves clients enough to offset a significant portion of their monthly investment. The strategy call is where we figure out the right fit for your budget.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We operate on month-to-month agreements. We earn your business every month — and if we're not delivering results that justify your investment, you shouldn't be locked in. We're confident enough in what we build that we don't need contracts to keep clients.
How long does setup take?
Most clients are fully live within 2-3 weeks of signing. Our done-for-you setup process handles everything — website build, CRM configuration, automation setup, payment integration, and Google Business Profile optimization. You don't need to be involved in the technical setup. We handle it and hand you a system that's already running.
Do I need to already have GoHighLevel?
No. Your HFD package includes the software platform — you don't need a separate GHL subscription. We provision your account, configure everything, and manage it as part of your monthly package.
What if I already have a website?
We'll audit it on the strategy call. If it's solid, we may be able to keep it and focus on connecting your CRM, payments, and automation around it. If it needs work — or if rebuilding it inside your HFD hub would serve you better — we'll tell you honestly and show you why.
Do I have to switch my payment processor?
Not necessarily — and never without it making financial sense for you. We audit your current processing rates first. If we can save you money and connect your payments to your CRM at the same time, it's usually an easy decision. If your current setup is fine, we'll tell you that too.
What does 'done for you' actually mean?
It means we build everything. You don't watch onboarding videos, configure settings, or troubleshoot integrations alone. Our team physically sets up your pipeline, automations, website, payment processing, and Google Business Profile — and tests everything before you see a single live lead. Done for you means exactly that.
